franco4baytown

Born and raised in Baytown, I grew up in Pinehurst and am a product of GCCISD and Lee College. I still see Baytown as the small town with a large population I grew up in.

Linda and I are the proud parents of five children and grandparents to our first grandchild. We have served as active members of the Church of Christ. We have been active board members, coaches, and volunteers for Baytown Central and North little leagues, Pony League, Baytown Dynamite Football, Optimist Football, Ross S. Sterling High School football, baseball, and Sterling Stars.

I currently am proud to serve as Harris County Precinct 0028 Chair and have been active on the campaign trail for multiple candidates at the county-wide, state, and federal levels. I have also served on the last two GCCISD Bond committees and Names Facility Committee. Volunteering helps us have an input on what we leave for future generations, and it is of the utmost importance.

I understand what it takes to make Baytown a wonderful place to work and play, a community to raise a family. We are not like any other community in the Houston area, statistics, surveys, and studies from other cities do not always translate here.
Working in commercial construction throughout Texas, I have had the privilege to manage projects from UNT Stadium to Texas Children’s West Campus in Katy. I have been able to work with developers and contractors on projects from a conversation to a reality. I have seen what works in some places does not work in others. I have worked with cities and towns and understand the process, the infrastructure, and where improvements can be made. My top priorities will always be what we leave for the next generation and to ensure citizens’ needs come first.

We live in a great city and let’s work together to make it an even better place to live, work and play. I hope I can count on your vote this November!
